Triunfo Logística operates various types of bulk cargoes at the Port of Rio de Janeiro:

• Wheat:  direct unloading to trucks, using coupled with suction hopper in order to load appropriate trucks;
• Potassium Chloride / Sea Salt: direct unloading to trucks using grabs and funnel;
• Scrap Metal: direct unloading to vehicles through metal clamps, magnets and appropriate funnels;
• Asphalt cement: pumping from tank truck to vessel;
• Pig Iron:  cargo reaches the port via rail. Wagons are unloaded directly to trucks through a tailor made system and pig iron is stored in a previously prepared area.

The loading is done through buckets, using vessels’ cranes.  In some cases, due to draft, the loading is done off Port of Rio de Janeiro directly from barges to the ships through metal buckets.
